We purchased a 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 with Sunroof and six speed standard shift. After only 5600 miles the headliner dropped down behind the sunroof when we opened it.  Had it fixed and it popped back down. This week the dealer replaced the headliner and it looks different with a reinforced raised section , like a new design and seems to work ok. Wanted to let everyone know there seems to be a fix for the headliner issue. Shane at Lee Dodge in Auburn Maine took right care of it!

I have the same problem. Dodge can't find the problem so they told me to take it. Next week I'm turning it in and go through the lemom law. Very frustrating when you buy the warrrant and they can't fix it. Garrrrrrrrr.
