Chrysler Lhs Questions

My 1999 Chrysler LHS is vibrating and shacking at speeds between 30mph and  50mph. What would cause this?

2000 LHS 3 Door lock actuators replaced, transmission rebuilt at 110,000 miles, driver side door handle replaced 12/2009 and today 3/10/2010 broke again.

My 1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue has a locked up ignition. The key won't turn no matter how I move the steering wheel which also feels locked up. For a while it was difficult to turn sometimes, but now there's no turning it at all. What can I do?
