My car, 5.7 liter 1995 Camaro Z28 shows to be ...

My car, 5.7 liter 1995 Camaro Z28 shows to be charging at about 14 volts when idling with or without lights or AC on. when I give it gas the battery indicator drops down to the top of the Red area. I can coasting (no gas being applied) at 55mph but when i give it gas it drops the voltage down again. I have replaced both the battery and the alternator. eventually the check engine light will come on and go off
