2006 hd 2500 4x4 Abs will not talk to the scan tool....

2006 hd 2500 4x4 Abs will not talk to the scan tool. In the process, I have replaced both rear brake backing plate due to rusting out. both rear brake cables for parking brake, found both parking brake lever on brake pads frozen, replaced them. found the rt rear capiler one piston frozen, replaced that. then bleeding the brake blew the brake line above the fuel tank. Ordered a complete brake line kit through Inlinetube shelby Twp, mich 300.00 stainless steel. replaced both rear rotor, due to plateing missing. All in the mon of Oct 2012. Snow season has not started yet. I want to leave the abs inactive. Can I do this?

where is the fuse for the parking lights on a  2000 chevrolet 2500 pick up truck?

Brakes have no air in the system, but with both feet on the brake pedal and pulling up on the steering wheel the truck stops when it feels like it. You have no influence. No pulsing, no shaking no nothing just a long agonizing reduction in speed.<
