I have 2005 Cadillac SRX and apparently my steering wheel fluid was leaking and make a noise what should I do? Please help SOS.

when on other than very smooth road loud clunks and noise from rear suspension. Checked spare tire and made sure it was good and tight. I had a 2004 srx and never had this problem. Car only has 15,000 mileson it. Just bought it several months ago.
