i have a 95 seville that just had freeze plugs, thermastat,...

i have a 95 seville that just had freeze plugs, thermastat, water pump, both manifold gaskets, one trans mount and one engine mount replaced. since the my mpg is down to 8-10, the engine is sluggish at 60 mph and up, the abs and traction disabled lights are on, and the door locks, seats, windowns and audio subs strartand stop working on thier own. all i have read it sounds like a wireing issue but the shop refuses to accept responsability and fix the stuff that has all gone wrong since the worked on my car. anybody have any suggestions of how or where the wireing went bad so i can try to point this out to the and get me car back to normal?
