My 1995 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham stalls while passing thru puddles and, it will not turn back or will sputter. It just started doing it this year and I had not had that problem in the two years I have owned it. I bought it from an elderly person who was the original owner and it didn't have allot of miles when I bought it. Also, recently it has started squeaking when passing through a speed bump or when breaking but, the sound is not coming from the brakes it seems to be coming from the under body. I hope someone can help me because other than that I have had no other problems.

96 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham: Hesitation, intermittent and rapid but only with airconditioner on.
Plugs wires and distributor have been replaced. EGR is OK. Mass flow detector clean. Air pump deleated as per TBS. Suggestions???
