i hear a hum sound in the rear cant understand what the problem may be help me plz

 I have a 2006 Cadillac CTS 2.8 and the Windshield Washer Pump activates whenever the Windshield Wipers are turned on.  The washer reservoir will run completely empty and continue "DRY" pumping until the wiper switch is turned off.  I've looked

Probably a stepper motor malfunction.  COMMON problem with GM!!! 

Everytime I pump gas my 2004 cts won't start it will just crank and I have to recrank it several times till it starts but when it does. It starts with a faulty engine until I accelerate then it acts normal. I need help a.s.a.p please..

I bought a new cts in Nov of 2002...It now has only 38,000 miles on it and the transmission is gone out on it...I am so disappointed with General Motors...Have read  alot on like about cts problems ...I would not recommend this model to anybody..
