My 2007 CTS makes a strange noise around the rear wheels. ...

My 2007 CTS makes a strange noise around the rear wheels. I thought it was the snow tires, but changed them yesterday and it stills makes the noise. I assume its wheel bearings or the rear diff. It shifts easy not problems. Its got only 100,782 km but warranty ends this may.
Is this covered on the standard warranty?
