my 96 skylark will only start by having the key on the on position and wait for the dashboard lights to come on somtimes it takes a couple mins other times a couple hours the worst was when it didnt start for 4 days..... tell me im no the only one with this kind of problem... this seems like a defect in the electrical system any hintsss email me mehow126@hotmail.com btw there was a recall called IGNITION THERMAL CIRCUIT EVENT it means when you leave the key on the on position for an extended amount of time enough heat could be produced to melt internal wires and start a fire...

I have a 1998 buick skylark. when it rained, water flooded the drivers side floor.
Can some one tell me where it could be coming from?
Are there any drains that could be clogged? Like the air inlet grille at the base of the windshield.
