Just replaced the engine in my 97 3.0 CL. Did not have any transmission problems but now it shifts roughly at low RPM's...at acceleration and coming to a stop. Now the check engine light has come on...reading(Transmission malfuction). Could this have something to do with the engine replacement? Is it a computer problem?
