The driver's seat belt in our 2008 Sieanna gets caught so that it cannot retract. It catches on the side closest to the back. Driver seat belt get tangled and will not retract anymore. You have to pry it with a screwdriver to untangle it. 1999 4runner, problem with driver seat. The seat rocks up and down, looks like the anchor to floor board has broken.
