TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 SUBARU OUTBACK. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 25 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO JERK EXCESSIVELY WITH A LOUD CLUNKING NOISE.
