CHRYSLER CAMPAIGN NO 143.POSSIBILITY THAT STARTER CABLE CLIP WAS OMITTED ATASSEMBLY.IF CLIP IS OMITTED STARTER CABLE COULD INTERFERE WITH STEERINGCOLUMN COUPLING.(CORRECT BY INSPECTING AND INSTALLING CLIP WHERE NECESSARY.)
