THE NOISE SOUNDED LIKE METAL RUBBING AGAINST GLASS, AS IF THE WINDOW WAS OFF TRACK. A DEALER HAS NOT DIAGNOSED THE FAILURE, HOWEVER, IT IS RELATED TO NHTSA ACTION NUMBER PE07049.
