| TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 PONTIAC VIBE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT AS HE OPENED THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE WINDOW, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL SCRAPING FROM THE DOOR PANEL. AS HE CLOSED THE WINDOW, THE NOISE RECURRED AND THE CONTACT NOTICED A GROOVE SCRATCHED INTO THE WINDOW. THE FAILURE PERSISTED AND THE GROOVE ON THE WINDOW PROGRESSIVELY BECAME WORSE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 82,000. | |
