| DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE OPENING THE PASSENGER SIDE DOOR THE WINDOW SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT GLASS SHOP WHERE THE WINDOW WAS REPLACED. THE MECHANIC MENTIONED THAT THEY HAD RECEIVED SEVERAL VEHICLES WITH THE SAME ISSUE AND RECOMMENDED THAT THE CONTACT SPEAK TO THE DEALER. THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED WHO DETERMINED THE VEHICLE WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY THEREFORE THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE WINDOW. UPDATED *JB | |
