THE SECOND OCCURANCE AT APPROX. 66400 MILES ON 01/16/2013. THIS FOOTREST HAS THE POTENTIAL TO GET JAMMED BENEATH THE CLUTCH, BRAKE, AND/OR ACCELERATOR PEDALS ONCE THE PLASTIC RETAINER CLIPS FAIL AND THE PEDAL BECOMES LOOSE ON THE FLOOR.
