THE BUCKLE PART OF THE SEAT BELT SEEMS TO COME OUT TO FAR FROM THE SEAT ALLOWING A LARGE GAP SO THE CHILD SEAT CAN NOT FIT TIGHTLY INTO ANY OF THE 3 SEATS IN THE SECOND ROW. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING A CARSEAT SHOULD NOT MOVE ANYMORE THEN AN INCH AFTER IT IS BUCKLED IN. AND WHEN THE CARSEATS ARE IN. THE BOTTOM CORNER WHERE IT BUCKLES IN, MOVES AROUND QUITE VIGOROUSLY. WITH RESPECT TO MY 1999 PONTIAC TRANSPORT VAN, OCTOBER OF 2003 THE ENGINE STARTED OVERHEATING AND WE DISCOVERED THAT THE COOLANT WAS LOW. WE ADDED COOLANT AND SOME TYPE OF SEAL INTO THE COOLANT BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD BY SEVERAL GM MECHANICS THAT IT WAS PROBABLY THE HEAD GASKET AND THIS SEAL WOULD HELP TO GET US BY UNTIL WE COULD HAVE IT FIXED. I CALLED THE COMPANY WHERE I PURCHASED THE VAN (2ND HAND) AND THE VAN WAS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY (OVER BY 4,000 MILES AT THE TIME). I DID PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. WE PRICED AROUND FOR THE COST TO HAVE THE HEAD GASKET REPAIRED/REPLACED AND FOUND THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO SPEND BETWEEN $800 AND $1,000 TO GET IT FIXED. OUR VAN IS NOW SITTING IN A GARAGE BEING TORN APART AND THE HEAD GASKET WAS THE PROBLEM. PRIOR TO OCTOBER 2003 WE HAD THE COILS CHANGED AND THE #5 PLUG WAS SHOWING A MALFUNCTIONING PROBLEM WHICH WAS SHOWING UP ON THE COMPUTER. WHEN WE BROUGHT IT TO THE GARAGE THEY REPLACED THE PLUGS. WE WERE TOLD BY THE MECHANIC WHO IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON THE GASKET THAT THE COOLANT WAS LEAKING OUT ON THE #5 GASKET AND THIS WAS THE PROBLEM PREVIOUSLY WHICH WAS NOT PICKED UP ON BY THE PAST MECHANIC. 1992 Pontiac Bonneville had Battery stolen& all cables cut. Have My 1992 Pontiac Bonneville had (the week before Xmas) the Battery stolen& the thieves cut all the cables to it. I have since re-installed the needed cable terminals & new Battery. When turning the key in the ignition, all light HELP.....my 2006 G6 sometimes it doesnt want to turn on if i hit the gas it"ll start but not without a problem I have a Pontiac Grand Prix, 2006 model. I recently hit a deer that was dead in the road. My car just quit. It turns over but won't start. It seems as if it isn't getting any gas. Someone told me it might have a safety feature that keeps the gas f my 2007 vibe drivers seat height will not stay in the highest position. After a day or two I have to crank it up again. Why won't it stay up? GM replaced the seat and it is doing the same thing... Anyone else have this frustrating issue? HOW IMPORTANT IS IT FOR 1985 GTV6 FIERO TO HAVE CRUISE CONTROL. DOES THIS AFFECT PRICE AND IMPORTANT FEATURE IN SELLING THIS VEHICLE? Started sputtering & check engine light flashed for a bit then went off. Still sputters but the warning light hasn't reappeared. ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTS WORK, EXCEPT FOR HEAD LIGHTS. ALSO, HORN DOES NOT WORK Check brake fluid level & all the brake lights. Especially the one in the back window. what would cause my 2006 g6 not to shift into overdrive I bought my '03 Vibe almost three years ago. When I purchased it from a private owner it was gorgeous but within the first six months of ownership a bubble developed in the clear coat of the paint on the back left next to the rear window. It qui my 2004 pontica vibe steering wheel vibrates or shakes when going 70 mph or above. It's not the tires or wheels, and suggestions? I think it may have to do with the brakes.
re-installed cable terminals & new Battery since. All lights turn on
(incl radio); turning key in ignition does not engage the Starter&
fails to start vehicle
also when i hit the gas it makes a weird kinda grinding noise....anyone have any ideas?
