WHILE TRYING TO ROLL WINDOW DOWN ON DRIVER'S SIDE, WINDOW FELL OFF TRACK AND WENT DOWN INTO DOOR. THIS CAUSED DOOR TO FLY OPEN ON HIGHWAY. CONSUMER COULD NOT CLOSE DOOR BECAUSE WHEN WINDOW FELL DOWN IT JAMMED SOMETHING IN DOOR PANEL THAT INVOLVED LOCKS. *AK
