VEHICLE WAS SURGING AT 35 MPH. LOCAL PONTIAC SERVICE CONTACTED GM TECHNICAL SERVICE. WHEN COMPUTER WHICH IS PLACED IN WHEEL WELL WAS REMOVED IT WAS FULL OF WATER AND CORRODED. NEW COMPUTER WAS INSTALLED, BUT VEHICLE CANNOT BE SET TO CORRECTLY RUN WITH IT. VEHICLE HAS BEEN INOPERABLE FOR TWO WEEKS.
