CONSUMER WAS HAVING PROBLEM WITH BRAKES BEFORE ACCIDENT. WHILE TRAVELING APPROXIMATELY 15MPH ANOTHER VEHICLE STOPPED SUDDENLY IN FRONT. AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY, AND SEATBELT RESTRAINT DIDN'T LOCK UP. CONSUMER HAD COMPLAINED ALMOST A YEAR ABOUT BRAKES. DEALER CLAIMED THEY HAD CHECKED BRAKES. VEHICLE WAS TAKE TO ANOTHER DEALER, AND THEY FOUND FACTORY SEALS STILL ON BRAKES. CONSUMER SUFFERED SOME SERIOUS INJURIES. *AK
