WHILE PULLING INTO THE DRIVEWAY TRAVELING AT A LOW RATE OF SPEED, AND GRADUALLY DEPRESSING ON THE BRAKE PEDAL, VEHICLE SUDDELY ACCELERATED, CAUSING CONSUMER TO RUN INTO A BRICK HOUSE.
