THE VEHICLE WAS STOLEN AND INVOLVED IN A HIGH SPEED WRECK WHICH NEITHER AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE OWNER INDICATED THAT THE SEATS DETACHED FROM THE FLOOR BOARD. NLM THE CONSUMER STATES THAT THE VEHICLE ROLLED SEVERAL TIMES AND SLID ON ITS TOP. THE DEALER TOLD THE CONSUMER THAT THE AIR BAGS WOULD ONLY DEPLOY AT A CERTAIN SPEED AND ANGLE. *SCC
