Pontiac Gto Tires Safety Report | Jan 10, 2007

Reported on Jan 10, 2007

FRONT TIRES WERE WORN TO THE POINT THAT THE STEEL BELTS WERE SHOWING ON A 2005 PONTIAC GTO WITH ONLY 11,000 MILES ON IT. HAD I NOT NOTICED THIS. I COULD ONLY IMAGINE WHAT MIGHT HAVE HAPPEN. THE TIRES WERE ONLY WORN ON THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE TIRE. I BELIEVE THE TIRES WERE RUBBING ON SOMETHING, BUT I COULDN'T TELL ON WHAT. THE VEHICLE SET NORMALLY AS BEST AS I COULD TELL. THE WHEELS DIDN'T APPEAR TO HAVE ANY INWARD OR OUTWARD ANGLING THAT MIGHT HAVE CAUSED THIS. *AK
