CAR ACCELERATED AND RPM GAUGE REGISTERED TO FULL CAPICITY. VERY HARD TO CONTROL, DIFFICULT TO BRING CAR TO A COMPLETE STOP. REQUIRED THE DRIVER TO TURN OFF THE VEHICLE WHILE MOVING TO BRING CAR TO A STOP. EMERGENCY BRAKE USED IN ORDER TO BRING CAR TO A STOP. RPM NEEDLE WAS COMPLETELY TO THE RIGHT ONCE CAR WAS STOPPED.*AK
