| WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE, DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF STEERING AND CRASH INTO THE SIDE OF THE BRIDGE'S CABLE. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED, THE REAR OF THE MOTOR WAS FOUND ON THE GROUND.
