TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN TRAVELING AT RELATIVELY LOW SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD EXHIBIT AN UNUSUAL GRINDING NOISE AND WOULD BECOME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO STEER. THE CONTACT STATED THE RACK AND PINION WERE REPLACED PREVIOUSLY UNDER WARRANTY BUT THE FAILURE PERSISTS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FURTHER.
