THE CONTACT STATED WHEN TRAVELING AT RELATIVELY LOW SPEEDS, THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD EXHIBIT AN UNUSUAL GRINDING NOISE AND WOULD BECOME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO STEER.
