STEERING RACK SLIPPED CAUSING LOSS OF POWER ASSIST WHEN TAKING LEFT TURNS. RACK WAS REPLACED. THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THIS ON SOME 1998 PONTIAC GRAND PRIXS BUT EVIDENTLY THEY DIDN'T CHECK FAR ENOUGH SO AS TO INCLUDE MY VEHICLE IN THE RECALL.THUS I WAS TOLD I AM NOT GOING TO BE REIMBURSED FOR REPAIRS.
