TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE BRAKES FAILED. THE CONTACT DROVE OVER A CURB. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A LOCAL DEALER AND THEY REPLACED THE PCM, FUSE BLOCK, AND THE IGNITION SWITCH. THE VEHICLE WAS RETRIEVED FROM THE DEALER ON JULY 11, 2008 AND THEN RETURNED TO THEM ON JULY 15, 2008. THE FAILURE RECURRED WHILE THE CONTACT WAS BACKING OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY, CAUSING HER TO CRASH INTO A MAILBOX. THE VEHICLE IS CURRENTLY AT THE DEALER AND THEY CANNOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. NO REPAIRS HAVE BEEN MADE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,243 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 34,600.
