DISCOVERED SEIZED CYLINDERS WHILE PROCEEDING TO CHANGE BOTH REAR BRAKE PADS, AS THEY HAD BEGUN TO SQUEAL, INDICATING TIME TO CHANGE. AS A RESULT, COULD NEITHER PUT OLD,NOR NEW PADS BACK ON CAR, THEREFORE HAVE NO BRAKES, AND CAR IS NOT DRIVEABLE UNTIL WORK IS PERFORMED. UNSAFE TO OPERATE CAR
