REAR BRAKES HAVE NO STOPPING POWER. CALIPERS SEIZE TO THE POINT WHERE THEY DO NOT WORK AT ALL. NEW CALIPERS WERE PUT ON, AND WITHIN 8 MONTHS THEY ALSO SEIZED. EVERY EIGHT TO TWELVE MONTHS CALIPERS NEED CHANGING. MECHANICS STATES THAT THIS IS A COMMON PROBLEM. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
