DT: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY AT 65 MPH THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED ON A WET ROAD, CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO SPIN AROUND SEVERAL TIMES, AND TAKING OUT PART OF A FENCE ON A SIDE ROAD. THE VEHICLE THEN CAME TO REST UPON A TREE. THIS WAS A FRONTAL IMPACT; UPON IMPACT, THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE PASSENGER'S SIDE DOOR WAS DAMAGED. THE SEAT BELTS WERE WORN BY ALL THE PASSENGERS, BUT THEY DID NOT RESTRAIN THEM. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED INJURIES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THEY SENT AN INVESTIGATOR TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. *AK
