| I'M SEEING A LOT OF CARS ON THE HIGHWAY RUNNING WITH HEADLIGHTS ON BUT NO TAIL LIGHTS ON. I'M ASSUMING THIS IS DUE TO THE DAY TIME RUNNING LIGHTS ON VARIOUS CARS. EITHER THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR THE OPERATORS HAVE THE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS ON AND THEY THINK THE REGULAR LIGHTS ARE ON. THIS IS SURELY CAUSING ACCIDENTS AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED. *TR | |
