HEADLIGHT LENS FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING. IF RAINING IT WOULD BURN THE BULB OUT, AND THE HEADLIGHTS WOULD BE INOPERATIVE WHICH MAY RESULT IN VISUAL DIFFICULTY AND A CRASH. DEALER REPLACES THE LENS TWICE, BUT PROBLEM IS REOCCURRING. PLEASE PROVIDE FURTHER INFORMATION. *AK
