TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX. THE CONTACT SMELLED A STRONG ODOR OF GASOLINE IN HER VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 09V116000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING). IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REPAIR, THE ODOR WAS PRESENT AGAIN. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE MANIFOLD GASKETS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REMEDY EXPRESSED IN THE RECALL WAS INSUFFICIENT IN CORRECTING THE FAILURE.
