Pontiac Grand Prix Air Bags Safety Report | Oct 05, 2013
Reported on Oct 05, 2013
I WAS COMING UP THE STREET AND COULD NOT SEE THE LIGHT DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY. THE SUN WAS IN MY EYES. I DIDN'T NOT SEE THE RED LIGHT AND RAN THROUGH IT HITTING AN OLDER JEEP. I WAS GOING BETWEEN 35-45 MPH AND MY AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY EVER THOUGH IT WAS A HEAD ON COLLISION. THE CAR NEEDS THE WHOLE FRONT HALF REPLACED. THE BUMPER COVER, ACTUAL BUMPER, BUMPER ABSORBER, BUMPER SUPPORT, HEADLIGHTS, HEADLIGHT BRACKET, FOG LIGHTS, HOOD, AND BOTH FENDERS. I SUFFERED A CONCUSSION AND SEVERE BRUISING FROM HITTING THE STEERING WHEEL. *TR | |
