TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 PONTIAC GRAND AM. INTERMITTENTLY, THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT WINDOW WOULD NOT OPERATE AT ALL. THE MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED. APPROXIMATELY 8 MONTHS LATER, THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A CRASH, IN WHICH THE IMPACT WAS ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR.
