Pontiac Grand Am Vehicle Speed Control Safety Report | Oct 03, 2001
Reported on Oct 03, 2001
THIS CAR WHEN STARTED WILL REV UP TO 2000 R.P.M. AND STAY THERE. HAVE HAD IT BACK TO DEALER AND UNABLE TO DUPLICATE. THIS PROBLEM HAS NO SET TIME PERIOD. THIS CAR IS NOW OUT OF REGULAR WARRANTY AND ON EXTENDED COVERAGE THAT I PURCHASED. I AM NOW GOING TO MY LOCAL SERVICE CENTER. HE HAS REPLACED THE I.A.C. UNIT TO NO AVAIL. WHAT NEXT? THIS IS A SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM. THE CAR JUST REVS UP AND GOES.*AK | |
