THE VEHICLE IDLES HIGH WHEN IT IS FIRST STARTED AND WHILE DRIVING. IT IDLES ANYWHERE BETWEEN IT IDLES 1000-1500 RPM'S. THE BRAKES AUTOMATICALLY PUMP THEMSELVES WHEN THIS HAPPENS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE DEALER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM BY REPLACING A COMPUTER CHIP. THE VEHICLE IS DOING THE SAME THING AGAIN.*AK
