WHILE TRAVELING ABOUT 40 MPH MICHELIN TIRES EXPLODED AND SEPARATED, DAMAGING AUTOMOBILE. CONSUMER WAS TOLD BY MICHELIN DEALER THAT THEY WOULD NOT HELP HIM BECAUSE TIRE WAS OLD, AND DID NOT HAVE A 60, 000 WARRANTY. CONSUMER DID NOT HAVE AN ACCIDENT, BUT CAME VERY CLOSE.*AK
