STEERING COLUMN TILT PINS BECAME LOOSE, ENTIRE STEERING WHEEL UPPER ASSEMBLY BROKE LOOSE FROM STEERING COLUMN AND LANDED IN DRIVERS LAP, HELD ON ONLY BY THE WIRES.
