WHILE DRIVING 25 MPH AND MAKING A RIGHT TURN, THE STEERING WHEEL FROZE. THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE, AND HIT A UTILITY POLE HEAD ON. UPON IMPACT, THE BOTH FRONTAL AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. DRIVER SUSTAINED INJURIES WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE. *AK *SC | |
