PIVOT PINS FOR HINGES THAT ALLOW STEERING COLUMN TO TILT, SLIP OUT OF THE HOLES. THERE IS NOT ANY TYPE OF TIGHTENING DEVISE TO KEEP THEM IN PLACE, ONLY TENSION FOR THE FIT. WHEN THEY SLID EOUT, THE STEERING WHEEL WILL ROCK.
