BRAKE PULSATION WHEN APPLYING BRAKES. HAD VEHICLE AT DEALERSHIP SIX TIMES. ROTORS REPLACED. PROBLEM BLAMED ON OVER-TORQUING OF LUG NUTS EVEN THOUGH CAR HAS ONLY BEEN SERVICED AT PONTIAC DEALERSHIPS.
