WHEN APPLYING ABS BRAKES, VEHICLE FELT LIKE IT WAS PULSATING & SURGING. WOULD JERK AT SLOW SPEEDS. VIBRATES VERY ROUGH. TOOK TO DEALER & HAD ROTORS TURNED UNDER WARRANTY. THE PROBLEM HAS SINCE RETURNED. HAPPENED ALSO IN MARCH 1999. *AK
