TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 PONTIAC GRAND AM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SEAT FELT VERY LOOSE AND ROLLS ALL THE WAY BACK. THE SEAT DOES NOT LOCK IN ANY POSITION AND HE BELIEVED THAT THE BOLTS FAILED. HE ALSO BELIEVED THAT THE SEAT WAS DEFECTIVE AND UNSAFE IN CASE A CRASH OCCURRED.
