WHILE IN STOP AND GO TRAFFIC DRIVER BEHIND CONSUMER REAR ENDED CONSUMER'S VEHICLE. SEAT BELTS DID NOT RETRACT, CAUSING PASSENGER TO BE THROWN FOWARD. HAD TO CATCH HERSELF WITH HER ARMS ON DASHBOARD OR FACE WOULD HAVE HIT THE DASHBOARD. *AK
