TL* - THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRYING TO ACCELERATE THE VEHICLE, THE RPM INCREASED TO 3,000-4,000 RPM. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE ACCELERATES SLOWLY AND WHEN THE VEHICLE NEEDS TO GET TO ABOUT 3,000- 4,000 RPM FOR IT TO CHANGE GEAR. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE SERVICE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP TOLD HIM THAT THE TRANSMISSION IS CHANGING GEARS ABOUT 10 MILES PER HOUR OVER WHERE IT SHOULD BE CHANGING GEAR. THE CONTACT HAS TAKEN VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP 3 TIMES AND THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT STATES THAT DEALERSHIP HAS INFORMED HIM THAT HE WILL HAVE TO LEAVE VEHICLE FOR AT LEAST ONE DAY AND THAT HE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF $100. - $200. FOR THE REPAIR. THE CONTACT SAID THAT DEALERSHIP CAN'T WORK ON THIS VEHICLE UNTIL EARLY JANUARY 2007 AND THIS WOULD HAVE TO BE DONE DURING THE WEEK. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT HE SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS REPAIR BECAUSE THE LEMON LAW IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT, WHERE VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED.
