| WHILE ENGINE WAS RUNNING, AND VEHICLE WAS IN NUETRAL POSITION WITH EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE ON, EMERGENCY PARKING BRAKE CABLE BROKE, CAUSING VEHICLE TO ROLL AWAY.
